ULOT CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED is a building firm at No 5, Methodist Street, Epe, in Lagos State. The work has four names, and each of them is meant literally: design, build, revamp, and maintain.
We are a Nigerian company, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as RC 1481787. The point of the firm is the person who will live with the building — a house that is sound, a renovation that is actually finished, a repair that is answered when you call.
ULOT Smart Homes is our own technology arm, not a contractor we pass you to. When a family wants light, climate, curtains, locks, and music to behave as one house, that work is designed and installed by the same company, and taught to the people who live there.
